ABOUT
Hodos rope access is a collective of time served in construction rope access technicians that have decided to work together offering you the best service and support on your project. You can hire us direct or we can operate via our own Ltd(contact us for details on our Ltd).
We have experience in CLADDING, GLAZING, REMEDIAL WORK, PAINTING, RIGGING, RESCUE COVER, CLEANING, LIMESCALE REMOVAL, GLASS POLISHING, MASTIC APPLICATION, BRICK REPAIRS, STONEWORK, ANCHOR BOLT INSTALLATION, TINTING and SNAGGING. For other disciplines feel free to get in touch and we can discuss if we can support you with your project.
As technicians we come certified in construction with up to date CSCS specialist cards. We also can supply technicians with up to date SSSTS, SMSTS, first aid at work, three category MEWP and IRATA qualifications.
We have up to date rope access equipment that is certified, can supply RAMS or support in the creation of and have excellent communication skills.
Having worked in London for years we can offer an excellent service as we have local knowledge of suppliers and know our way around the city. We can also supply rope access in Reading, Hastings, Berkshire, Kent, Sussex, Oxfordshire or other areas that surround London. We also accept jobs nationwide.
FIREPROOFING
We have worked along side fire proofing firms. Here as an example we stripped an old system and installed metsec SFS compliant to new fire regulations. The process had to be documented and recorded throughout with specs met. We understand the importance of documentation and effective communication.
PAINTING
From applying a three coat system on structural steel and removing rust to working on wooden windows we have experienced painters on board that can advise and understand how to work with different products.
GLAZING/CLADDING
Worked on glazing projects from start to finish. Assisting with the setting of brackets to installing the units on them. We understand how curtain wall systems work as we have worked on replacing old systems and installed new ones. We have been involved with waterproofing and the application of membranes and adhesives.
We offer support working at heights using rope access with cladding replacement, installation and remedial work. We have magic men and glass polishers on board.
PRECAST SEALANT APPLICATION
Experienced sealant applicators on double or triple joints. We are able to prep and work on variable width joints.
Brick repairs/precast alteration
We have extensive experience working with brickwork or precast panels. We have supported projects with alterations, joint widening and tinting.
